Social Marketer Policies & Procedures

Applies to: All Social Marketers of NuevaLife.com

1. Introduction

Nueva is a lifestyle brand offering health, wellness, and travel solutions through a network of independent Social Marketers. This Policies and Procedures document outlines the terms, responsibilities, and code of conduct all marketers must follow to maintain compliance and protect the integrity of our brand.

2. Becoming a Social Marketer

  • Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and reside in a country where Nueva operates.
  • Enrollment: Completion of the official Nueva enrollment form and acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.
  • One Account Rule: Only one Nueva account per individual and per household unless approved in writing.

3. Compensation and Rank Advancement

  • Social Marketers are compensated according to the official Nueva Compensation Plan.
  • Nueva reserves the right to modify the Compensation Plan at any time with notice.
  • Rank advancement is based on volume, structure, and qualification metrics outlined in the plan.

4. Product Claims & Compliance

  • No Medical Claims: Marketers may not make any statements suggesting Nueva products cure, treat, or prevent disease.
  • Approved Language Only: Only use marketing materials and product descriptions approved by Corporate.

5. Income Claims

  • No Guarantees: Any statements regarding income must include Nueva’s official income disclosure.
  • Transparency Required: Do not imply that success is easy or guaranteed. Represent earnings as based on effort, skill, and time.

6. Advertising and Branding

  • Brand Integrity: Do not alter logos, product names, or misrepresent Nueva in any way.
  • No Mass Spamming: Email and SMS marketing must comply with anti-spam laws. Opt-in lists only.
  • Social Media: Marketers must clearly identify themselves as “Independent Nueva Social Marketers” in bios or posts related to the business.
  • Websites: No replicated or independent websites selling Nueva products outside of approved funnels.

7. Customer Policies

  • 60-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee: Customers may return products within 60 days by contacting support with Order ID. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customer Service: Social Marketers are expected to maintain professionalism when assisting customers and refer unresolved issues to Corporate Support.

8. Ordering and Inventory

  • No Inventory Loading: Marketers should only order product they can personally use or reasonably sell.
  • Auto-Delivery: Available but not required. Participation must be voluntary and fully disclosed.

9. Cross-Recruiting & Conflicts

  • No Cross-Recruiting: You may not solicit other Nueva Social Marketers to join other MLMs.
  • No Poaching: Do not enroll under someone else to bypass upline placement or compensation.

10. Conduct and Ethics

To maintain professionalism, trust, and alignment with company values, social media marketers within the organization must refrain from speaking negatively about colleagues engaging in any form of disparagement ("no bad-mouthing") or undermining other marketing professionals. This applies to both internal and external communications, including public social platforms, messaging apps, and private conversations within company channels.

11. Termination & Reinstatement

  • Nueva may terminate a marketer for cause, including policy violations, misconduct, or fraudulent activity.
  • Marketers may resign at any time by submitting written notice.
  • Requests for reinstatement must be submitted in writing and reviewed by compliance.

12. Modifications

Nueva reserves the right to update these policies. Marketers will be notified by email and/or back office updates. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

13. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under Delaware law. Class-action waivers apply.
