At Nueva, your satisfaction is our priority. That's why we offer a 30-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee and an Exchange Option for eligible products.

30-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee

Try our products risk-free. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund — even if the bottles are empty — within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

Exchange Option

If you prefer, you may request an exchange instead of a refund within 30 days of delivery.

  1. Exchanges are available for products of equal value only.
  2. Empty bottles are not eligible for exchange.
  3. To qualify for an exchange, products must be at least 50% full.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

  1. Email our support team at support@nuevalife.com
  2. Include your Order ID# and a brief reason for your return or exchange request
  3. Send the product containers (empty for refund; unopened for exchange) to the return address listed on the product label

Shipping Times

Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll promptly replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
