30-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee

Try our products risk-free. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund — even if the bottles are empty — within 30 days of the delivery date of your order.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email our support team at support@nuevalife.com
  2. Include your Order ID# and a brief reason for your return
  3. Send the empty (or unused) product containers to the return address listed on the product label

Shipping Times

Orders placed at Nueva are shipped by USPS and take 5-7 business days on average to receive your package. If you need to return your order, please send it to 11301 Metro Airport Center Dr, Ste 105 Romulus MI 48174.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Only orders placed through www.NuevaLife.com are eligible.
  • Returns received after the 30-day delivery window will not be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
